Due to the nature of perfumes, attars, and essential oils, products once opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered, provided the complaint is raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Order cancellations are only allowed before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
